Home Modification support helps participants change their living environment so it works for them. Small changes can make an enormous difference to safety, independence and confidence at home.
Modifications range from minor works such as grab rails, handheld showers, ramps and door widening, through to complex changes like accessible bathroom conversions, kitchen alterations and level access entries.
We coordinate the whole process — occupational therapy assessment, quotes, NDIS approval, builder selection and completion — so participants and families aren't left navigating trades and paperwork on their own.

How We Deliver This Service
An occupational therapist assesses the home and the participant's functional needs, then documents recommendations for NDIS approval. We manage the process from quoting to completion, keeping participants informed at every stage and confirming the finished works meet the original goals.
