Support to find, prepare for and keep meaningful work — including job seeking, workplace skills, employer liaison and on-the-job assistance.
Assist Access / Maintain Employment helps participants move towards and stay in meaningful work. Employment builds income, confidence, routine and connection, and we support each person to pursue the kind of work that suits their goals.
Support includes exploring career interests, preparing résumés and applications, interview practice, building workplace skills, understanding workplace expectations and rights, and travelling to and from work.
Once a person is employed, we continue to support them to stay there — providing on-the-job assistance, liaising with employers about reasonable adjustments and helping resolve issues before they become barriers.

How We Deliver This Service
We start with a conversation about interests, strengths and goals, then build an employment plan with clear steps. Our team works with local employers to create genuine opportunities and provides as much or as little in-workplace support as each participant needs.
