Accommodation and Tenancy Assistance supports participants to secure and maintain safe, appropriate housing. Finding a home can be especially difficult in remote and rural areas, and we help take the stress and confusion out of the process.
We assist with searching for suitable properties, preparing and submitting rental applications, understanding tenancy agreements, communicating with landlords and real estate agents, and meeting the day-to-day obligations that come with a lease.
Where a tenancy is at risk, we work quickly and respectfully with participants and housing providers to resolve issues, arrange support and keep people housed. Our goal is long-term housing stability, not a short-term fix.
